Standard delivery is 2–5 working days nationwide. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) are 2–3 days; smaller towns can take up to 5 days.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for orders across Pakistan — no advance payment required. Please keep the exact amount ready at the door.

If your order arrives damaged or you change your mind, refuse the delivery and the courier will bring it back to our warehouse. COD already collected is not refunded — we operate on a return-to-origin basis.

Use the order tracking page with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. You will also receive an SMS once your order is out for delivery.

Yes — every piece is washed and pressed in our facility before packing so it arrives soft and ready to use, with no break-in period needed.

For cotton percale sheets, 200–400 thread count is the sweet spot — softer, more durable, and breathable in Pakistan's weather. Higher counts can mean plied threads which trade breathability for a heavier hand.

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and skip the fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and reduces absorbency. Iron on medium if you like a crisp finish.

We photograph products in natural daylight to keep colours honest. Slight variations between screens are normal; if the shade is materially different, the returns policy applies.

Yes, until your order is dispatched. Reply to your order confirmation SMS or call our helpline. Once dispatched, the order follows the normal returns flow.
