Returns

We operate on a **return-to-origin (RTO)** basis because all orders are paid cash on delivery. - If something isn't right, **refuse the delivery** and the courier will bring it back to our warehouse at no extra cost to you. - Once the parcel is back with us, we will inspect it and confirm the return. - COD already collected by the courier is **not refunded** — only undelivered orders are eligible for RTO.
